  • We’re asking for a commitment of 4-8 hours/week (which you can customize to fit your schedule!)

How does this work?

  • Our first session will be all about setting goals and understanding your strengths and leadership skill levels

  • You will then choose at least 5 sessions to attend throughout the month (see calendar below) that will help you achieve these goals. This way, your experience is customized to your own interests and schedules.

  • These sessions will include a combination of workshops, field trips, and networking events. You will be guided to make connections with organizations and employers, and identify a summer opportunity you will be applying for.

  • Throughout the program, we will also be working on a group volunteer project: a Podcast episode! We’ll decide on tasks, goals, and guest speakers together, and record the episode at the end of the month. This is another volunteer opportunity you can add to your resume!

  • At the end of the month, we’ll all come back together and share what you learned, which opportunity you’re applying for, and we’ll celebrate all your hard work!
