Tanya Lauder
facilitates group sessions and delivers one on one employment preparation
training modules for clients in the TWSP. Tanya develops and
delivers customized training programs based on the unique needs of skilled
trades persons and the demands of the Canadian labour market.
Tanya is a certified TESL instructor and has a degree in Engineering and a wealth of professional experience. She offers a unique perspective to clients, both as an accomplished technical professional and a passionate educator.
She promotes self-sufficiency, personal and professional development through education.
