Farewell to Susan - for now
by Jane Cullingworth, Manager Programs & Services

Jemima, Susan and BetsySusan Galea, our STIC Program Coordinator, has been with SfC since August 1997. On August 17 we will be wishing her a fond farewell as she goes on an educational leave of absence to do a Masters of Social Work at the University of Toronto. The focus on her program is Immigration, Ethnic and Pluralism Studies. She will be returning to her position in July 2002. We congratulate Susan on getting into the program and wish her all the best. We will certainly miss her leadership and vision.

RolandWe are thrilled to announce that Roland Rhooms, currently a Facilitator/Counsellor with the STIC Program will be taking on the position of Interim Coordinator during Susan’s absence. Roland has been with the STIC Program since its pilot in January 1998. Roland brings to his work enthusiasm and energy… like you’ve never seen before! Congratulations to Roland.
