The ESL: Customer Service Program will help you improve your English and communication skills while developing an awareness of customer service principles. In this program, you will examine various types of customers, as well as their expectations, and develop a service management strategy to ensure service quality. You will also practice the customer service skills necessary for any work environment. Prerequisites: CLB 5-7, permanent resident, convention refugee, refugee claimant or Canadian citizen
