This versatile program is frequently used for managing personal and business communication. Course content includes managing e-mail messages, using the address book, creating and organizing a list of contacts, managing your calendar, scheduling meetings, creating and organizing tasks and notes, using Outlook 2010 with other programs, and collaborating on e-mail documents.

Microsoft Word | $120

This course covers basic to intermediate functions of Microsoft Word 2007/2010, including opening and editing a document, moving and copying text, basic character and paragraph formatting, header and footer, inserting page numbers, bulleted and numbered lists, adding pictures, working with tables, and using simple formulas. Particular attention is paid to three essential skills—using tabs, tables and mail merging.
