The Mid-Level Management program is a partnership between The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Ryerson University, Skills for Change, and the Government of Ontario.
If you are an internationally trained engineer, this program will allow you to demonstrate a level of knowledge and expertise that will lead to jobs in planning and quality control on projects in order to meet the triple constraints of cost, schedule, and scope. Program outline.
What will I learn?
This program assists internationally trained engineers in all fields of engineering including, but not limited to: civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics, environmental - as well as information and communication technologies, sciences and other related professions.
The program consists of:
- 14-weeks of project and communications training
- One-week of job readiness preparation
- Eight-weeks (minimum) of work placement
