The secret life of a job developer

The job title on my business card reads, ‘Leslie Wagner, Employer Outreach Specialist.’ Another name for ‘job developer’, or as we affectionately call each other, ‘JDs.’ 

This is what I do – develop jobs for people, all kinds of jobs for all kinds of people – newcomers to Canada and, of course, jobseekers with varying skills and experience.
