CSI is a dynamic shared workspace where over 150 people and organizations with forward-thinking ideas for tomorrow are working under one roof to make them happen today. Simply put, we are exactly where we should be: at the heart of innovation.
From mentoring to employer relations, we have always fostered great ideas and the connections we make with other change agents. CSI is where we will push out incubated projects and new initiatives that will strengthen service delivery, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and support the collaborative work of people and organizations in the settlement sector.
By connecting with our CSI neighbours - social purpose businesses, non-profit organizations, artists and grassroot community groups - we are establishing connections that have the power and ingenuity to take our goal of employment diversity to a whole new level. Our investment in workplace diversity includes an investment in innovation.
