Deniz Kucukceylan

As an Employment Consultant for Employment Ontario, Deniz possesses a solid background in job development and recruitment, employer relations and the training and development of qualified job seekers. Paul Basgan

Paul Basgan is a skilled professional with diverse sales, marketing and management background.

He brings more than six years of job development experience, both in corporate and non-profit sectors, to the Dufferin Mall Employment Centre. Having the chance to work with various portfolios of clients, he enjoys the challenge of concurrently assessing their skills and qualifications for the job market while providing them with the necessary support and guidance for success.

His achievements are highly dependent on building and fostering strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including outreaching and promoting his program to employers and partner agencies. Paul has a B. Sc. ME.

Alma Arguello

Alma Arguello is a motivational program facilitator and job developer. Alma has a proven track record in building relationships with local businesses, community service providers and health care community promotion teams.

She helps clients build rich knowledge and understanding of the Canadian health care labour market and provides them with tools and resources to engage in the job search process.

She shines in assisting clients to secure employment and work experience placements in the medical field by emphasizing their transferable skills.

Leslie Wagner

Leslie Wagner is a resourceful and accommodating Employment Services Specialist with Employment Ontario Dufferin Mall working with clients and employers within the Health sector.

Nafeesa Afridi connects job seekers at the Dufferin Mall Employment Centre with employers.

Nafessa is a versatile professional, experienced in delivering employment services to clients, facilitating employment related workshops, and working with employers to meet their hiring needs.

She enjoys working with a diverse group of job seekers and assisting newcomers with workplace integration. Nafeesa’s approach supports success and retention in the workplace.

Michelle Edmunds

Michelle Ed munds is a seasoned job developer who has worked with a wide range of job seekers -- from a ballerina to a scientist.

She is part of the Engineering Your Future team, connecting internationally trained engineers with employers in related industries. Michelle has one tenet she applies to employment counselling – there is no such thing as a “general job search”. She develops highly custo mized job search strategies with her clients, “The more targeted a person is, the more confident she or he will be getting employment in a specific field.”

Recently, she has developed the teaching and instructing aptitudes of clients, supporting their development as independent workshop facilitators as a means to augment their income, build self-confidence and Canadian experience. Michelle has studied counselling and journalism and possesses a flare for negotiation.
